Home base is Parramatta, so Western Sydney and the Hills get the fastest turnaround. For bigger jobs and regular property work, we travel city-wide.

Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Plenty of our work is a list of small fixes. Build your list above and we’ll group it into one visit wherever we can, so you’re not paying for five call-outs.
Do you work with property managers and strata?
Yes. Lodge jobs online, we arrange access with tenants, and every job comes back with a photo report and an itemised invoice you can attach to the file.
How is pricing worked out?
Painting and larger jobs get a fixed, written quote after a quick look or a few photos. Smaller jobs can be grouped into one visit to keep the cost down.
Who turns up on the day?
Moe or one of the M&Z crew. You’ll get a text the day before with who’s coming and when, and another when they’re on the way.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Always. Floors are covered while we work, and every job finishes with a tidy-up and photos, so you can check the result even if you weren’t home.
